Eric also has expanded whistler catering, developing skills in travel diversity. Being able to fly virtually anywhere to be there for customers on vacation or a second home. Whistler catering is known for SUSHI! Chef Eric has studied sushi now for over 10 years. Being a favorite food, it was very easy to be motivated to learn and enjoy the art of sushi. Working with some of the best chefs from around the world, Eric continues to learn and teach the art. This business was started and designed for sushi, even though Eric is also very skilled with all types of food, bringing a sushi bar into someone's home and meeting new people is the foundation of this business. Using the freshest ingredients possible, Eric cuts ZERO corners bringing you the best sushi you will ever eat. This is a couple of the ways Whistler Catering separates itself from other catering businesses, which cuts many corners to save money.
Whistler catering also offers an unlimited variety of food. It is still up to the customer as to what type of food to serve, but the Eric can guide you through the process.Since this is a mobile catering service, preparation methods are limited to the facilities available at the event.
Freshness Guaranteed
People always ask the question "how often do you get your fish"? Whistler catering gets all the fish and product delivered the day of the party or event guaranteeing the freshest product! Food preparation is done in person so that there are no surprises. The person that books or throws the party gets to personalize specifically what is on the menu, they can also leave it up to Eric to pick and dazzle what's going to be served. Sushi Catering Price Estimation
$40 per head and $650 minimum + 9% sales tax
Platters are done onsite and are a special request so pricing will vary
Traveling Expenses will be added dependent on location

Personal Chef
Eric is available for consultation for your family's nutrition needs. He can provide nutrition awareness and a more diverse recipe assortment that suite your family's taste. Eric is still currently available for one-time, monthly, and even weekly consultations.
Party Planning
Eric has had a lot of experience putting together and planning events. Everything from catering,staffing,music,flowers,banners etc. He also has laid out destinations and activities for vacation outings.
Massage
Courtney is a certified massage therapist.Shes been doing massage for over 8 years. Also taking further training in posture performance and many more. Who wants a massage?
Bartending
Courtney has been a professional bartender for 10 years. Working in restaurants, bars, and private parties. Anyone for a cocktail?
Live Music
Eric is a professional musician. Food has always been a hobby and passion for him, but music was first! He was 10 years old when he picked up his first pair of drum sticks. Since then he has played with many acts and famous musicians and still does. Eric plays drums, guitar, and sings. His best friend Matt Blue and him play acoustic music ranging from Simon and garfunkle to pearl jam to john mayor and mellencamp.
